As previously blogged, Dunkin' Donuts was scheduled to open on August 15th and I was very excited about it. They were also giving away free coffee from August 15 to August 21. So on August 15th, I went to the only Dunkin' Donuts by my house to get my free coffee and a dozen donuts to bring into the office.
When I pull into the parking lot, I noticed a big Dunkin' Donuts trailer parked out front with a line. As I got closer, I realized that they were handing out the free coffee from the trailer. So I thought, well maybe that is where the free coffee is at and I can go into the store for donuts….Well I was sadly mistaken. The store wasn't even open!!!!! It was still under construction.
Now I was really upset by this, so I wrote a complaint on their website. I wasn't complaining about the free coffee, I was complaining that all of the advertisements said the stores would be open August 15 and free coffee would be available until the 21st. What if I wanted to go in there everyday and get a free coffee, but I couldn't?
